I have logged into your website and the WooCommerce image settings are working fine.

The 1:1 crop is making images of the same sizes. As I see you are using product images of different sizes. The only way is to use the crop to 1:1 to make the image equal. Otherwise, you need to use images of the same sizes for each product.
