how can I minimize the amount of JavaScript? i want to speed up my page.and the result shows that i should minimize the javascript and deferring parsing of unneeded JavaScript until it needs to be executed.

You can use the WP Rocket plugin and it will combine all JS files into one-two files to optimize the loading time.
