How can I restore the page we imported from dummy content and then deleted?

I imported the about factory page from dummy content. I then permanently deleted the page. Again I want to import the page from dummy content but it is displayed as active.
1- How can I import the same page from dummy content again
2- How should we delete the pages that we do not use in order to avoid such problems?
