how can i set a default image when the real image is loading?

I want to set a default image. which will show when the real content image is loading. I mean a default image before the real image show.

This option has been provided in the Theme Settings > Performance > Lazy loading http://prntscr.com/ppnh0f You will need to enable the feature and set the placeholder image.
