    Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Other -> Viewport tag and set “Scalable”, then recheck the issue and let me know.

    When making this change, you lose the design of the main menu and the banner of the age question

    Seems that the issue is in the cache, firstly disable all cache plugins on your website and recheck the issue.
