How can I tell if CSS Generator was used?

I am taking over a website that has woodmart. I just upgraded to the latest theme version and I am not sure if I need to do the CSS Generator.
Can I tell if it was used before?
Can I find out somehow which features are NOT being used on the website so I can turn them off?

I did already. That’s why I am asking about the CSS generator. I am not sure if it was used by the previous admin or not.

Have you deleted Redux Framework, CMB2?

As I said I followed all steps which does include deleting those two plugins.
The CSS Generator is optional but since I am taking over this site I am not sure if I NEED to do it or not. I want to for sure if the previous admin ran it on earlier versions otherwise I want to wait and figure out how to use it better.
How can I tell if CSS Generator was ran on previous versions and therefore needs to be reran now?
