How can I update from WoodMart 8 Alpha1 to Alpha2?

Hi team,
I have created my online store with your WoodMart 8 Alpha1 template and now I want to update it to the new Alpha2 version, without losing all the configuration of my online store or the configuration of the Alpha1 version.
Can you tell me what steps I have to follow to update to the new Alpha 2 version?

Hello,
You can update the theme via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. You will need to replace your previous theme folder. After this you will need to enable Gutenberg and blocks in Theme Settings -> Other.
Note that some of the blocks might be broken after this update. So you will need to review your pages and posts that were made with Gutenberg.

After step 1 do I have to execute step 2? Or is step 2 a clarification of what is done in step 1?

Yes, 2nd step is just a confirmation that you replace your previous theme version and not installing a new one.
