The plugin you have added duplicates our theme functionality. Deactivate it and enable swatches:

Navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Color -> Configure items, enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29 and add the colors

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > choose pa_color (your color attribute) and enable “Use images from product variations” if you want variation images to be displayed instead of colors

Make sure each variation in a variable product has an image: http://prntscr.com/kk870w

You can customize the product title in the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography

If you don’t want to use our standard product swatches just don’t specify them for your attribute terms in Products -> Attributes and they will not be used at all.

So it means that you didn’t remove them for each attribute term in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> configure terms. Walk through all your color and size and be sure that all custom fields that come with our theme are empty.
