How can we use all of the spaces for our banner?

Good day,
As you can see here we wanted to use all of the spaces of our screen justlike the other screenshot.
we tried to add another banner but it only reduced the sizes of all the banner and stayed in the center..
how can we maximize the spaces for us to use? thank you

Please insert a banner in every column to have three in a row with equal width.
