how change defaut sort in shopping view

Hi, I want to change default sorting in shopping view, I don’t find the option for make that.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

The default sorting is the woocommerce functionality. You can find the woocommerce settings under Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Product Catalog.
