How can I change the category style in the Header Menu?
As in the picture.

If you want to style your header category, here are the steps: WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Header > Category Change the style of the category.

Sorry to say but the mentioned couldn’t be possible here for the Categories Menu as there isn’t such an option available. You can either select Categories Menu with default Style that is without Background and With Background: https://ibb.co/cg2Cp63

Although, you can select Block for the Sub Items like you are currently using in that you can add Custom Content.
