How do I achieve that HTML Block shortcode appears on the edit page?

Currenty the HTML Block shortcodes only appear on the page where all blocks are listed.
My goal: I want the shortcode to appear on the edit page where I edit the HTML block. See screenshot attached.
How do I achieve this?

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
