I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that most of the product titles are long as compared to others.

You can try limiting the title from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles.

You can set the limit according to your needs.

Sorry but this is the only option in the theme settings and there is no other option in theme settings to display them in one line.
