How do I change Logo?

Ok this sounds stupid but I cant even find the place to change logo?

Under Appearance > Theme Settings

there is no Header option? I tried reading through resources here but it states to go to Header Builder? Where the hell is that even?

OK I realised the Header Builder will only show when I activate the product.

Next, how do I remove that large patch of black body (Shop) in the middle on my site?

You can turn on/off or customize the page title in Theme Settings -> Page title.
