How do I change the color text of the tabs

How do I change the color of the tabs from white to black?
Because now the text is not visible

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.tabs-layout-tabs .tabs li {
    color: #2d2a2a !important;
}
