How do I copy from a Prebuilt website template without it changing my website?

I would like to change the text formatting, fonts, font size etc on my current website to one of the prebuilt website template, is there a way to create a blank template to compare to my current website?

I believe It was Furniture 2 that we copied from but I’ve have forgotten what the default font, size and settings are again.
