How do I display only the main category on Product Styles, but not all?

If I enable: Theme Settings → Product Styles → Show product category
Then it displays all categories that the product is in. Some products are in multiple categories.
This long list of categories messes up the design. How do I only display the main category?

Sorry, but there is no such option available in Theme Settings for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

That’s too bad because this issue has actually prevented me and others to use Woodmart on multiple sites.
I will create a feature request for it.
