Hi,

Im having trouble trying to install a woocommerce shop into my site, id then like to know how to make a large drop down menu with subcategories with thumbnail pictures next to each category.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to launch WooCommerce Setup Wizard more details here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-setup-wizard/

You can see there HTML block ID in Description field this block creates a mega menu if you want to create the same read this tutorial how to do that https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/
