how do I hide the sticky menu in the ‘mega electronics’ pre-built website.

I can’t seem to hide the sticky menu on the left side of the page. It defaults to a category list with HTML block sub menus. I want it hidden completely. I don’t want a sticky menu, but I want to use this pre-built page.

How do I do that? I am comfortable editing CSS if you point me to the correct file to edit, and what to insert.
