    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached.

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not because the products are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    If it works fine with the default wordpress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and activated the storefront theme and tried adding the image to the product description and the issue is the same as with our theme.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. I have reactivated the woodmart theme back on your website. You can try deactivating yourself.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    To remove the search form please Go to Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header. And disable the option for search.
