How do we add links and lists to the mega sub menu because WordPress strips HTML

Hi, my IT pers are having trouble creating links and list for my ‘shop’ mega sub menu. The data will not save.

I have directed them to appearance > menus > shop > description. I add the information from another forum topic, but our required links and lists are not saving or displaying correctly.

Any help would be great!

The problem was that you have pasted the code from our example as a HTML code but should as a plain text. We have fixed it and placed to the “Corporate” menu item.
