How do you get the Pop Up to remotely look like the Sample Theme?

I totally do not understand how the pop up on the sample was created, there is anything that can help us with this??

If you want to add promo pop up you need to create an HTML Block from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

Then you need to use the shortcode of the HTML block inside the promo popup text under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.

You can use our premade popup templates that come with demo import and edit them accordingly.

Are you sure thats it? I just put one stock one in from Pop Ups in templates and got the attached!

Can you please just set it up, I am trying and there is no way I can get this, I am begging, please, we really wanted this pop up style, we have tried everything to use the premade templates and you can see how they come out, if there is ANY way you can please just add it, it would be very appreciated, it looks so easy but its not working right.

I saw the screenshot you attached. To acquire your desired result you need to use rows inside the promo popup.

You can also adjust the width of the promo popup from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Pop up >> Popup width.

I see you switched it on, never mind, just please do not advertise things that are not possible, all I asked for was help with the pop up, I got no real response I showed you a picture of the issue, I rather someone tell me its not easy nor really possible, than to log in and just, do I dont know what, can you help, I want to get the EXACT pop up that is advertised, its a simple box, with simple words, and a simple line for email addresses. But its been made into this extremely hard to do item. Can you please help? If you cannot just say so and that is fine.

I have checked your site and found that you are using the Varnish cache tool from server. Please delete the cache and disable the Varnish cache from your server then check the promo popup. I am sure your issue will be solved. At this time the CSS is loading from the cache.

Excuse me for my idiocy, but I dont know what that is, is it a plugin? And if its disabled what would that do to the site?

Please just throw me a bone here. Its really all I ever wanted was a simple pop up like this.

I have never heard of this tool you refer to is it something that can be done once logged in?

You deactivated plug ins that make the site faster?? Why? Please dont log back in, this is turning to be a nightmare with this Theme..

Sorry but I did not disable any plugin from your site. I have only replied with the solution. The Cache I was talking about, that is enabled from your server. Please see the attached screenshot which showing that you are using the cache plugin or tool for your site that is why the changes we will made for the popup block is not showing or change on the front end.

Please disable both cache tools from server or site then check the popup or send me the WP admin login details so I will check and set the popup for you.
