You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

The button has predefined fonts `font/text transforms that are not edited in Elementor and if you want to change the fonts, you need to change them in Advanced typography.

The button itself is edited as per your screen.
