How does promo pop up work?

Hi,
How does promo pop up work? I’ve followed instructions on Basel’s documentations page but when I test and try to sign up with my email address the pop up throws an error
‘Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.’.

So far, I have connected MailChimp and that seems to be working. Is this pop-up connected to another plugin? I just need a bit more info on how I can get it working.

Hi,

It seems to be some mailchimp plugin problem. It doesn’t depend on our popup and you can check it easily by adding this form somewhere else on your website. You can also test with default WordPress theme to understand is it our theme’s problem or not.

First of all, check your plugin configuration once again. Our theme does not influence the plugin operation. Also, try to sign up with another email.
