First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you attached. To delete all the items under the shop on the main menu you need to Go to Appearance >> Menus >> Edit main navigation.

Edit shop >> Html block as drop down >> Set to none.

You can also modify the HTML block used there from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.
