1. How i can make two menu? On the main page there is one menu, on the remaining pages there is another menu.
2. If i add ID row in WPBackery, how make smooth scroll?
3. How to make the right menu for mobile devices? When I select a menu item to close the menu.

You need to create two equal headers with the different menu in Woodmart > Header Builder, then you can set the certain header in the certain page in the page settings. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

In order to make a smooth scroll you need to enable One-page anchor in Appearance > Menu > choose the menu and enter the menu item http://prntscr.com/ld1fpf

Mobile menu position is configured in the Heder Builder > Mobile view http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 > enter the Mobile menu element http://prntscr.com/ld1h8z

The mobile menu can be only the one configured in Appearance > Mobile menu.

You can add a secondary menu into mobile view but it would not be responsive.
