How put a content search on top blog page?

Hello, I would like to put a content search on top blog page, but I don’t know ho do it. I can not edit blog page with Elementor and I can not find an option on Theme settings blog. I would like to give the users a Search by publications. Thanks for your help.

By default wordpress doesn’t allow the Blog page to be edited using any page builder plugins.
