Log in to the WordPress dashboard of your website.
Navigate to “Appearance” in the left-hand menu, and then click “Theme Editor”.
In the Theme Editor, you will see a list of files on the right-hand side. Look for the “index.php” file in the list and click on it to open it for editing.
Make any changes you need to the “index.php” file. Be careful not to delete any important code or make any syntax errors, as this can cause your website to break.
After you’ve made your changes, click the “Update File” button to save your changes.
Note: It’s always a good idea to back up your website before making any major changes, such as editing or importing theme files.
