How to activate below newly added features?

I see the latest theme updates added these 2 features, but I need to know how I can activate them.

1 – ADDED: Show “Out of stock” products at the end option. (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/theme-settings-tooltips/show_out_of_stock_at_the_end.mp4)
2 – NEW FEATURE: “Waitlist” option for out-of-stock products. (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/theme-settings-tooltips/waitlist_enabled.mp4)
