How to activate new features on the site?

I updated the theme for 7.4.1 but new features are not available. For example, setting up fields on the payment page.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Checkout > Enable the option fields manager, After enabling this option, You can configure your checkout forms in Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Checkout Fields.
