how to add a html block to description tab of single product page?

Login to dashboard > HTML BLocks > Copy the Shortcode of the HTMl Blocks then navigate to Products > Edit Product and paste the shortcode in the product description area.

instead of putting the HTML Block shortcode in products manually everytime, is there a way to put it once and auto shown on all products description tab?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
