The element of the “Browse Categories” button Go to WoodMart -> Header builder ->add the “Categories” element and do changes there.

Well, in the header builder there isn’t an option to link the “browse categories” button, just to choose the dropdown menu.
I want to set a link on the button to go straight to the shop page.

There is no option to add link in browse categories. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
