How to add a Request Quote in the page header

I want to add a Request Quote button next to the search bar in the page header. When buyers click it, the Contact Us inquiry form pops up in a popup modal.
I have tried many ways but failed to do that,thanks for your help.

Please do it this way:
– Create a Popup and add your Contact Us form inside it
– Create another HTML Block and add a pop-up widget and choose the content.
– Then, add this HTML Block in the Header Builder next to the search bar
This will show the button in the header and open the form in a pop-up modal.

You are great,it works.
But another problem occurred, the quote form will pop up automatically when open the website at the first time.
I have tried to set it at the Popup settings.You can check the picture attached,i have set all trigger close,but it still happened.

Hello,
Please go to Dashboard > Popups and temporarily deactivate the popup.
After that, only the “Request Quote” button click trigger will open the popup, and it will no longer appear automatically on page load.
Please check again after disabling it.
