How to add a sticky pop up?

Hello,
I’m having trouble finding information on how to add a sticky button form. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’d like. Basically, a button that opens to a contact form. This button will stay on the bottom right of the screen.
Is there documentation on how to set this up, please?

Most likely this button is provided by a third parities plugin. We have not tested or met such so we cannot recommend you any.
