36stylesParticipantI am not sure what I am missing here, but is it possible to add one of the WoodMart pre-built elements to an existing page, NOT a blank page?
For example, I wanted to add the ‘Sale call to action’ element at the bottom of my homepage, this one -> https://woodmart.xtemos.com/blog/woodmart_element/sale-call-to-action/
How do I add this element?
I am able to access all the elements when I am on a blank page, I click on the ‘Template’ icon or the ‘Add Template’ button in the WPBakery Page Builder section, but on an existing page with content already on it, I do not see how I can access and insert a single element found in the WoodMart Templates Library.
On my existing page, I scrolled all the way to the top, to the top part of the WPBakery Page Builder section, I clicked the ‘Templates’ icon, when I click on ‘My Templates’ or ‘Template library’ the content in each of those show, but when I select ‘WoodMart templates library’, the spinner icon just keeps spinning, the page (content) never loads.
Please help!
Thank you in advance.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? And specify the page where you can’t add it so we can test.
Thank you in advance

36stylesParticipantI was able to pinpoint the problem after following your suggestion. After deactivating than reactivating each plugin one-by-one, I found the problem was when the Templatera plugin was activated, is when I would have the issue of the ‘WoodMart templates library’ not loading. When I deactivated Templatera, then the library loaded, no problem. I then realized that the version of Templatera I was using was from 2017. I updated Templatera to the latest version, cleared cache with WP Rocket, but when Templatera is activated, the ‘WoodMart templates library’ still does not load up.
Any idea what could be causing this issue?

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we didn’t test this plugin and can’t guarantee that it is fully compatible with our theme. It may be some JS or other kinds of conflict.
