How to add Blog post in woodmart theme

Could you please guide me on how to add new blog posts? I have tried editing an existing blog post on the backend, and while the new data appears to be saved, the changes are not reflecting on the frontend. Instead, it still shows the old content. Could you please guide me on how to properly add new blogs or edit existing ones? This is urgent.

You need to enable the Post post types in the settings of the Elementor and then try to edit posts again via Elementor https://prnt.sc/aRCUUMwdaADL
