1. Product Brands filters

Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table”. https://take.ms/LGpvf

2. Brands size

Due to the narrow space, I kindly recommend you preparing brands logo before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) and make it smaller to have a nice-looking grid. https://prnt.sc/iGnx8XX6RaGI

It actually does not an issue.

When you click on filter button, it redirects you to the Shop page with a filter of this brand and other attributes therefore you see all products on the shop page that is related to that brand that was clicked. So it’s normal functionality.
