How to add/delete these tabs?

Hello,

You can delete (delete the title and content from the field) or edit the Shipping and delivery in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs, find an additional tab.

Hello,

Reviews are disabled in Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab.

Brans are disabled in the Theme Settings > Shop > Brands.

Additional information is disabled on the Product page, you need to enter each attribute and disable showing on the product page.
