How to add html block after footer on mobile view

I want to add call and facebook message button after mobile footer.
Is there anyway to add html block after footer.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in theme settings to add an HTML block after the footer.

If you are trying to ask anything else then please provide some relevant screenshots of the specific area
to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
