how can i add icon into menu item?

You can add only font awesome icons to the menu items by adding the class of the icon by editing the menu item.

yes, I tried already. if you can check out the backend u will find out I added an icon for every single one of them. but it just doesn’t appear on the main menu

Please try adding the class of the icon in this format “address-card-o” then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Please try enabling the option of font-awesome library Always Use from Theme Settings >> Performance >> CSS.
