How to add new categories to Woodmart Recent Posts Legacy Widget

Hi, we added new post categories and we want to be able to modify the Woodmart Recent Posts Legacy widget category setting in the Main Widget area to point to one of the new categories we added. However, after adding the new post categories when we go to the Woodmart Recent Posts Legacy widget configuration and select the category dropdown we do not see any of the new post categories we added.

I was able to figure this out. It seems that unless there is a post created for a post category the legacy recent post widget configurator will not show the category in the category drop down list. To get around this I added a temporary post and assigned all the new post categories I had created. I then configured the Woodmart recent posts legacy widget and changed the category to the correct new category. After I completed the setup for all the widgets I deleted the post. Please note that is you go back to the recent posts widget configurator and try to change the category the list is still only going to show the categories that are associated with an existing post.
