How to add or remove categories from the search bar menu?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings to add or remove categories to the search dropdown.

It is populated as you add categories from Products >> Categories.

If you want to ask anything else then provide a relevant screenshot of the specific area with some explanation to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
