How to add post category images and show them on the website front end?

Hello,
I was hoping to add my post category images and show them on the website front end.
How can I do this? Like the screenshot or in masonry Grid.
I see the function only works on woocommerce products categories, what about post categories?
Is there any code or widget I can do that?

Sorry but the element doesn’t work for the post categories it only works for the product categories.

That’s disappointing. You should add it to the theme. My client is asking me to do it. I love your theme but some important features are missing. You should work on these. Now have to do it manually. I don’t have that vast coding knowledge.

For now and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme,
but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
