How to add search option on the mobile & desktop menu

I want to add search option on my menu for mobile and pc.

Hello,

In order to define the search on mobile and PC menu, please navigate to WoodMart -> Header builder -> add to any section the “Search” element.

and i also added the search option on the header, but it doesn’t work. when i click on the search option the menu comes up, website:chittagongshoes.com .. i am talking about the mobile version.
