Hi all,

I’m trying to add a subtitle to my product pages. I installed the “Woo Commerce Subtitle” plugin and the subtitle simply isn’t appearing on the product pages.

I’m sure this is very simple but any help is appreciated. Please see below screenshots for reference:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

We didn’t test our theme with this plugin. Are you able to provide us your admin access so we could check maybe you have configured something wrong or see if there some incompatibility issue.

We see that it is not working for you. Did you test it with standard WordPress theme? If it doesn’t work only for Basel then please provide us your FTP access and we will fix it.
