How to Add Table of Contents to WPBackery Page Builder?

Hello!
Tell me please How can I to Add Table of Contents to WPBakery Page Builder?
I have a block page and it contains a lot of heading and I need to add a content table at the beginning of the page that will contain these headings and when we click on one of the headings, we will move to this heading with a description.
I installed the Rank Math Plugin but it doesn’t work with WPBakery Page Builder.
