How to add text next to card

I want to add text right side of cart icon. Is posible to do that?

Choose the proper header type (your current one) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Enter the Shopping cart element and chose the view you like: https://gyazo.com/ba1d804d12d34a997beef75140d010b6

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
