    I need to have the currency, the language and my account on the top bar as in your them …

    Hello,

    You need to create and assign the menu for top bar http://prntscr.com/k7wkda Navigate to appearance > menu.

    Navigate to WPML languages and create and assign a language switcher to the top bar menu.

    Next go to Theme Settings > Header > Top bar and insert the shortcode for currency switcher. http://prntscr.com/k7wlku
