How to add to menu ?

I have two themes from woodmart.

My question is, how can I add the same menu to the Parallax template?
Currently, I have this menu: https://prnt.sc/ZGpCYNx9LLVc and I would like to have a menu like the one in the picture above with a green background next to “HOME.”
