You would better use the free Loco Translate plugin. You can install, rewrite and then delete the plugin and the text would remain. We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.

1. You can disable shipping address in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping option > Force shipping to the customer billing address https://prnt.sc/qhe0vl

2. You should find the option in the plugin. Please refer the plugin documentation.

I do not recommend to remove this with CSS, set the shipping to the billing address only and it would disappear.

Yes, you can insert the text content or HTML block with WP Bakery page builder template. You can find this option in the Theme Settings > Footer > Pre-footer area.

1. Oh I see, I can’t set the shipping to the billing address due to I added some custom fields on Billing details and Shipping Detail, the custom field on shipping area will disappear if I set it. Is there any other way to solve this?

2. How do I set full width background color for prefooter? I tried but is not fully cover with the grey color.

Set the row to be full-width https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/full-width-row/

Insert the shortcode of the HTML block into the pre-footer area.
